Our Team
Eliza
Eliza completed a Bachelor of Physiotherapy at the University of Notre Dame and has extensive experience in respiratory care across hospitals in Western Australia and Queensland. She began her career working in the NDIS space before progressing into intensive care and acute respiratory physiotherapy, where she currently works.
Passionate about spinal cord injury, tracheostomy patients and neurological conditions, she is particularly excited about the growing recognition and accessibility of respiratory muscle training. Eliza has attended national conferences on ventilation, acute/community respiratory care, and respiratory muscle training, deepening her expertise in these areas.
Motivated by the impact of inadequate respiratory management in the community for her patients, she is committed to improving access to high-quality respiratory care. Outside of work, she leads an active lifestyle and enjoys anything outdoors, from diving in the ocean to Pilates—always with an almond croissant in hand.
Alice
Alice holds a Bachelor of Physiotherapy from the Australian Catholic University and brings extensive experience in respiratory care across the continuum—from Intensive Care to acute and outpatient services. She has played a key role in developing and managing Respiratory Outpatient Clinics, delivering evidence-based care for individuals with Cystic Fibrosis, Bronchiectasis, Neuromuscular Disorders, and Dysfunctional Breathing.
Committed to ongoing professional development, Alice regularly attends national conferences to stay up to date with the latest in airway clearance, non-invasive ventilation, and breathing dysfunction. Passionate about making expert respiratory care more accessible, Alice is dedicated to improving respiratory health and quality of life within the community.
Outside the clinic, she enjoys spontaneous beach trips with her Golden Retriever, Boston, chasing sunrises, exploring hidden coffee spots, and savouring a medium flat white—because every great adventure deserves a great coffee.!
