Respiratory Action Plans
Respiratory Action Plans are a valuable tool for patients with chronic lung conditions, helping to identify exacerbations early, support self-management, and reduce the risk of hospital admission when prompt treatment is initiated. Our Action Plan is available to download free of charge for use with your patients.
If you have patients experiencing increased sputum load or worsening breathlessness, community respiratory physiotherapy may provide additional support. Please see referral information below.
